Install Instructions : Put doom.wad in the same folder as the files in MooDDoom.zip. The install is merely meant to reverse the levels, as Ty didn't like the idea of reversed shareware levels in the archive for some reason. As a result, there's now a sloppy installer, but on the plus side EP2-EP4 are also reversed. These however, are not supported at this time. Only shareware resources have been modified, although in the future I may expand the installer to automatically reverse everything (the main problem with this is that it's a major pain in the ass to realign weapons, and I have no clue how to go about realigning anything in a batch). Game : Doom (use a Boom-based port) Levels : All, although the installer creates these. Only E1M1-E1M9 supported. Sounds : Reversed originals Music : Reversed originals Graphics : Reversed Originals Demos : Rever.. actually not, but wouldn't that be cool :D Base : E1 of course! Build Time : Two months, off and on. Mostly off. Editor(s) Used : Mood, for reversing the maps. GNMidi, for reversing the music. WhackEd, for reversing the in-game text. Irfanview, for reversing the textures and sprites. Sound recorder, for reversing the sounds. Wintex, for putting thing together, and aligning the weapons sprites. DeuSf, used for the installer. Bugs : Some ports (Eternity, Legacy, prBoom) return to regular palette for a second on item pickup, not sure why. There's also a few things I didn't reverse (status bar, cheat codes, WIMAP). I may do these later. It also seems to crash vanilla Doom.
